Image found on the side of our recycling bins.The Irish family is proud to let you all know that - we only had 1 bag of garbage for the garbage man on Monday! Yup, one kitchen bag of garbage for our family of 4. We do use 2 recycling bins, but could probably fit all of our recycling into one bin as we only put 2 paper sacks in each bin.
About once every 2-3 weeks, the garbage amount is slightly more because of the lovely diaper pail that slowly fills with tiny diapers.
Just for refrence, at our last address, we had no room to recycle and no recycle pick up. Our garbage was usually 2 bags every 3 days!
