Bed Rest...

Had a little bit of bleeding on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of last week. Finally called the Dr and talked to her nurse on Thursday morning. Couldn't really find a reason for the bleeding so she told me to 'lay low' and not to 'do' anything for a week. So in essence - Bed Rest. No cleaning the house, no watching the boys, no picking up Braden...just laying around on the couch or recliner.
At first I kept forgetting and kept getting up to do things - luckily mom came over Thursday afternoon and helped out with the boys and kept me in line. She took Braden that night and had him spend the night at her house and Bob dropped me off there Friday morning on his way to work. She took good care of me and I got lazy. Slept a lot and only got up to go to the bathroom. Bob bought me a new book Friday afternoon and I spent Friday evening and Saturday morning reading it while he cleaned our living room carpets. Yea! I love clean carpets!
Went to Lowes with Bob and Braden on Saturday afternoon to pick out a new light fixture and faucet for the guest bathroom. By the time we got back - I was very worn out - my muscles were used to being lazy already! I couldn't believe it. Saturday night we had Uncle Eric over for pizza and a movie for his birthday. My stomach did NOT do well with the pizza. Yikes.
I really slept in on Sunday and watched 'While You Were Sleeping' twice while Bob and Braden went to church without me. Bob decided it wouldn't be good for me to be in the nursery with all the kids and their demands. Went to Steph and Shane's house Sunday evening for dinner - was good at sitting on the couch or chair and not doing anything but talking.
Slept in this morning - and then took a NAP - I feel soo lazy. But this is what I'm supposed to be doing to make this baby grow strong - right?
I forgot to mention, Bob, Dad, Grandpa and Dan all gave me a blessing on Friday night - soo grateful for the power of the priesthood!
Hoping to call the Dr on Wednesday and make an appointment for next week for my first checkup and hopefully an ultrasound.
