4 year old Pirate

Celebrated Braden's 4th birthday today with family. The theme he chose was Pirates.

We started the party with a Pirate lunch: hotdog boats with pirate sails, watermelon slices with pirate swords in them, goldfish crackers, and octopus string cheese.
Then the kids played 'pin the pirate on the treasure' and got candy treasures from a Treasure Chest Pinata.

Braden got to open his gifts next. Everyone picks the funnest stuff. He loved it all.
Little People pirate ship from us.
Treasure chest, sandbox toys, flashlight, parachute guy, pirate bubbles and blinking ball from Grandma Sara.
Little People pirate accessory boat from Steph, Shane and girls.
Little People pirate accessory raft from Trevor, Jennifer and kids.
Dump trucks, foam pirate swords and a dinosaur from Dan and Michaela.
Firetruck book, Shamrock Ty bear and little kite from Steph, Clinton and Savanah.
Kid k'nex, foam airplane and candy from Grammy and Papa.

And then we ended the party with a Pirate flag cake (that Bob decorated!) and ice cream. I just love this pic of Braden blowing out his candle.

On Sunday, Nikki gave him another gift - chalk, card games, bubbles, and a frisbee ball. Grandma and Grandpa Johnson also gave him 2 cards and $5.
Monday he got a card from Grandpa Irish and Lesley - they sent him a cute card, some stickers and a check for $20.

What a spoiled cute kid.
