We got to participate in a very fun church playgroup yesterday afternoon. It was held at a local subdivision pool and even though it wasn't the greatest weather for playing in the water, Big Brother had a BLAST! He brought his orange 'noodle' and all the kids in the pool took turns playing with it. I think he only had it for about 5 minutes, luckily he's pretty good at sharing. There were quite a few fun kids for him to play with and he also got to frost a yummy cookie (or two!). The Princess was her usual good self and mostly napped in her carseat with a borrowed hat to keep the sun off of her face.
I'm glad we went and got to know a few people from the ward. With all the moving that we do - I hope we decide to stay here for a while and really make some good friends.
