We had our 3rd Sunday get-together today at our house with Grandma Sara and Steph & Shane's family. I saw a lot of great photo opportunities, but of course never got the camera out.
I made a lasagne casserole, rolls & salad. For dessert we made a crock pot cake with a spice cake, vanilla pudding, and cinnamon chips. Lots of yummy-ness. We put the leaf in our table for the 1st time and it was HUGE! All 8 of us (minus the 2 youngest) were able to sit up to the table together and it was wonderful!
Bob lead our FHE discussion and used the 1st section in the Preach My Gospel manual. We decided that we'll keep trying to do FHE out of that book for the next little while. While we talked, the kids got to color a missionary coloring page.
Steph & Shane brought a game called Pictureka! Lots of fun and one that the kids really liked. I think the team of Grandma Sara & Jessica won more times than everyone else. It was a really fun game and would be a fun one to add to our game closet someday.
