We had the idea of doing a themed party around the Pixar movie "UP", but it ended up being mostly a "Balloon" party - which was a lot of fun!
Braden and I found a set of 6 Balloon candles to put in his cupcake "cake".Perfect. The party favors were bouncy balls, party poppers (which they all popped in the backyard before going home), tops, mini parachute guys, toy compasses, and fruit snacks.
I bought a helium tank at Walmart that came with 30 balloons and a roll of string. We decorated with them, played games using the balloons, and hid toys for the kids to take home in them.

Then everyone got to pick a cupcake to eat. Braden also chose to have Oreo ice cream and blue kool-aid.
We also threw some water balloons off the balcony into a hula hoop on the grass below.
