Braden's Valentine's party & last day at Joplin

Braden's last day at Joplin Elementary was also the class Valentine's Day party. It turned out pretty cool that there was a party on the last day that he was there. I was able to go in and help out with some of the activities and snap a few pictures while I was there. The kids exchanged valentines, made a big valentine to give to someone special, and had a yummy valentine treat. When the day was over we FILLED his backpack with all of his supplies and work that he'd done so far and the kids were all cute and said goodbye to him as they left the classroom after school.

We just had to get a picture with him and his teacher! He adored her of course and told me that he hopes that he'll be able to go back to Joplin again someday.

We were also lucky because that morning they had class pictures and then 2 weeks later were class pictures at his new school - so we'll have a record of him being in both classes this year! Great timing for a move I think!
