Moved

So, we moved. We're in the new place. Still unpacking and feeling like we're guests in our own home - need to get some pictures up.

The house closing went smoothly. The buyers had a little list of things they wanted fixed, we agreed to have them all done. They were done, the house was appraised, the buyers did a final walk-thru - and then we signed some papers, gave the title company the keys and MOVED out!

It felt so wierd to be leaving the house that night - all empty, but full of many things and memories that I will miss. Braden didn't get to say goodbye to it and we regret that, but he seems to be adjusting well.

Since then, we've been unpacking and shopping. Bob picked up this from RC Willey. And we found this - perfect for our living room computer desk. And I just had to have a counter-height table made from here - also from RC Willey, but no pic on their website. The table is an Ebony/Midnight color and HUGE and came with a leaf. Without the leaf, it can easily sit 6 people. We also had to pick up a little pantry/cabinet as our kitchen has very little cabinet space.

It's been a busy week - we've also gone to a movie (a free one for kids during the day), to the Zoo to see the butterfly exhibit, and took my mom out to lunch for her birthday here.
