Christmas Countdown

We put together these little boxes for our Countdown to Christmas this year. Each one holds a piece of paper with a fun activity or project for the day. I bought the boxes at Zurchers - a package of silver, one of gold and the rest white. Braden and I painted the white boxes red and then used scrapbook stickers to number them. Then we mixed up the slips of paper and put one in each box. Then we put the boxes into a basket on the dining table and each morning, Braden rushes downstairs to see what the box holds for us.
About every 3rd or 4th box, there is also a fun toy - purcased cheaply from Zurchers. A lot of the projects are creating felt foods because this is our gift to Mylie this Christmas - so we're creating 2 sets one for Braden for the Countdown and one for Mylie's gift.
