Just staying busy here as always.
Bob has a yucky cold, just started his 3rd week of school, and at work - is re-designing their website for I think the 3rd time.
Braden got to go take his IRI (Idaho Reading Indicator) test today and says that he did awesome. I'll get to talk to his teacher tomorrow to see what we need to work on. At home, when we're not homeschooling, he plays Star Wars Legos on the Wii pretty much non-stop. He's good about taking breaks though.
Mylie is learning to sit up and is starting to wean from nursing. By her 6-month birthday (Friday) we hope to be only using bottles.
I'm in need of some food ideas for next months enrichment. I was given this criteria: dark chocolate, low-calorie, budget friendly. Any ideas??? Anyone???

You could make Chocolate Eclair cake. It is just 2 packages of French Vanilla Pudding, 20 graham crackers, 3 C milk, 1 tub Whipped topping and you could use either dark chocolate frosting or chocolate chips for the top. You just make the pudding with the milk and then fold in the whipped topping. Let it sit while you line a 13x9 pan with graham crackers and then put half of the pudding mixture on top and then line it with more graham crackers and then the rest of the pudding mixture. Then you can either take a package of frosting and melt it in the microwave for 45 sec and then drizzle it over the top or you could do anything else you want for that part. Leave it in the fridge for 4 hours and then serve. It tastes even better over night. We had this at our last enrichment dinner and it was delicious.
I have the best cookbook and I know my mom had one too. It is low fat meals that are inexpensive to make and yummy! If you want it I will find out if she still has it and I am sure you can borrow it. Plus the recipes are very esay and quick to make!
