Bob's 29th Birthday!

Bob celebrated his 29th Birthday on July 1st! His mom wanted to host the party this year, so after work we went over to her apartment. He requested homemade mac&cheese for dinner and for dessert he wanted a layered chocolate cake. We didn't get a picture of it, but I bought a huge one at Costco - it was very yummy and very very chocolate-y!

I didn't get a picture of it, but Steph and Shane & kids, gave him the cutest birthday card and a McDonald's gift card.

His mom bought him some comfy flip flops and a pair of clip on sunglasses.

He asked me not to get him anything, but that is so hard for me. I was good and didn't spend a lot. I found this Vermont Maple Syrup at Cost Plus and knew that he'd love it. Braden gave him a set of Legos that made a US flag and we included some fun Japanese treats that we found at Cost Plus too.
No party is complete without games! There were some fun games for the kids. Bob's mom also gave us each a treat bag and some star-shaped doughnuts to take home.
