Getting a new job sucks!

And I'm not the person trying to get one! Bob recently had 3! interviews with a company here - did I mention THREE!!!?! and just found out today that he didn't get the job. WHAT?! We thought that the job offer was just around the corner - I mean - who interviews someone THREE times and then doesn't give him the job?! He was sure that he was going to get the call today, then he'd give his notice at his current job and be on his way to doing something new and exciting. But no, he got a voice mail just saying that they'd sent him an e-mail. In the e-mail they stated that they didn't have an offer for him. WHAT??! Why did they need to interview him THREE times for then?! I just want to cry for Bob and throw things and hit something...
